Your details are safe with me.
In short, I only use your details to answer your message. I don't track you, and I never sell or share your data for marketing.

What I receive when you write to me
Your name, your email address, the type of question, your message and, if you fill them in, your organisation and role.
When you simply visit the website, my hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. That is needed to show you the website safely and to protect it against abuse.
Why I use your details
To answer your message and, if you ask for it, to send you information about lessons or a collaboration. I do this with your consent and, when you ask about lessons, as a step before we agree on anything (article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR). Protecting the form against spam is based on my legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who helps me
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the spam check on the form.
- Resend delivers form messages to my inbox.
- Microsoft Outlook is my email inbox.
They only process your details on my behalf. Some of them are based in the United States; those transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. I never sell your details.
How long I keep your details
Up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, some details may have to be kept longer, for example for invoices, because the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your details, to limit their use, to object to it, or to receive them in a usable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Just send an email to vivian.mombarg@hotmail.com.
If you feel I'm not handling your details correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
